How to register

The online registration is now closed, you can register on-site as of Thursday, 10 April 2014.

Registration deadlines

Early online registration: 1 October 2013 – 27 January 2014
Late online registration: 28 January 2014 – 24 February 2014
Last-minute online registration: 25 February 2014 – 17 March 2014
Online registration is no longer possible after 17 March 2014
On-site registration: 10-15 April 2014

Online registration is open until Monday, 17 March 2014. No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment details (credit card or copy of bank transfer, in Euro only). The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays, the payment should be received one week after the deadline of the specific registration fee, or your fee will fall into the next category.

  • Early registration fee, applicable until 27 January 2014 – payment deadline 3 February 2014.
  • Regular registration fee, applicable from 28 January 2014 – 24 February 2014 – payment deadline 3 March 2014.

Individual Registrations (if you would like to register yourself)

All individual registrations must be made through the online registration system. In order to make an individual registration, please choose the option "click here to register yourself".

On the completion of the registration you will receive an e-ticket by email – you will need to show a copy of the e-ticket at the self-service area to pick up your congress documents.

Group Registrations (if you would like to register another or multiple person[s])

Group registration is only possible for companies or travel agencies wishing to register person(s) for the congress. Registrations will not be accepted without the work or home address of each delegate.

After you registered a group of delegates, you will receive a confirmation at your own email address.

  • If you want to pick up the congress documents for all of the delegates in your group, you need to make a group appointment with our registration staff. You will also receive further instructions in an email after completing your online registration.
  • If you indicate that all delegates in your group will pick up the congress documents individually, you will be sent a separate e-ticket for each registered person. Please make sure to forward these e-tickets to the respective delegates.

Only applicable for groups of more than 40 delegates.

EAU Membership

Please note that outstanding payments for EAU membership will be checked by the EAU Central Office. Reduction on the registration fee will NOT be granted if your EAU membership subscription for 2014 is not paid or if there are other outstanding amounts.
